3M Petroleum sorbents

3M Petroleum sorbents have been proven for the past two decades for their performance. They are dust-free and contain no abrasive granules that can damage expensive equipment. They are made from an innovative microfiber material which contains millions of tiny pockets that are able to absorb and hold petroleum-based liquids. 3M Petroleum sorbents allow you to reclaim the oil for easy recycling and re-use. After incineration, they yield less than 0.02% ash residue. Also available in high capacity and static resistant range. Features/Benefits : Repels water while absorbing petroleum-based liquids; does not deteriorate, disintegrate, or sink; can be wrung out and reused or disposed of by incineration or fuel blending in accordance with local regulations; resists temperature and humidity extremes.

Suggested Applications:
•	Controlling, cleaning up and recovering oil and petroleum based liquids from effluent discharge, streams, ponds, lakes, rivers, sea and other bodies of water.
